Where do you ship?

We deliver throughout Pakistan only. We do not offer worldwide shipping.

How much is shipping?

Flat shipping fee of PKR 350. There is no free-shipping threshold.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive in 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and card/online payment.

Can I open the parcel before paying (open parcel)?

Open-parcel is only available when the courier allows it for your order.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Eligible unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging may be exchanged. Return shipping depends on the reason and SoftStitch policy for that case. Contact us before sending anything back.
