We want you to be happy with your SoftStitch order. Please read the following carefully.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You will also need proof of purchase.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact us first via WhatsApp 0300-0847571 or email softstitchpk@gmail.com before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping
